Curious...

I'm starting to think about weight loss... And I'm still breastfeeding of course, but any of you moms out there, when did you start working out and how did that fit in or effect your breastfeeding? Naturally, breastfeeding is my #1 priority, but getting the weight off is definitely a close one to the top of my list. As you can see from my "I-have-no-shame" weight tracker on the sidebar, I've slowed in my weight loss. So I was just curious...

I didn't start working out until a few weeks ago. And Trent is going to be one in a month and a half. Not because I was trying to keep my milk in supply but because I was friggin exhausted.

So I'm no help. But I have found Pilates to be the best thing for me. I really love them. They do a good job of getting your ab muscles back into normal shape.
