I'm slowly starting to feel better. I hope in the next couple weeks I will feel a little more like myself again. I told myself that once I felt better I was really going to work on exercising. When I was pregnant with my first I was working and didn't do much exercise, but I did walk a lot. I had the walk to and work from my car, I walked to the cafeteria at least once a day and sometimes twice, and then the walk back to my car after work. So I would guess I walked at least 15 minutes each day. I know that's not much, but it was more then I'm doing now. So I'm looking for your advice on exercise, what did you you or do you suggest for a good, safe, pregnancy workout? I know walking is always good, probably the best prego work-out, but it can get boring, and chilly since we're entering winter time. So, ideas?

i was pretty good at walking to and from the couch and the fridge. or the sink to puke. tmi.
i think the thing to remember is that ANY exercise is better than nothing. strength training helped me a lot (i have a couple of 2,5, and 8 pound weights). leg lifts, light strething ('cause you can hurt yourself when pregnant if you stretch too far), do what feels good and do it every day. Good luck. I hate exercising when pregnant because I feel so yucky. but it will help so you don't get so achy.
I have the Denise Austen Pregnancy workout...I will have to give it to you. It's pretty good and she makes you laugh.
I did some pregnancy yoga. I bought a dvd from amazon.com and it really helped. especially when I was like 35 weeks+ and had a lot of back pain. The yoga was the only thing that helped. Also the dvd I bought had a section for post-delivery yoga. I think i spent about 10 bucks and it was worth the money. I blogged about it here http://theresacloyd.blogspot.com/2008/02/my-very-own-60-challenge.html and there is a picture of the dvd i bought.
